Habitaciones muy bien equipadas, cama cómoda. El personal no habla nada de inglés, y la ubicación es mala (línea 2 Chuasan, bus 188 = 10 paradas). Relación calidad precio muy buena

Even though the staff did not speak english, they always had a translator ready and were very nice.

Great base as a hotel to catch a flight. Good that they have an airport shuttle service. Fine. Furthermore, the location is not ideal for doing anything except staying in the hotel. Staff was super and slept well. So; purely functional top. A taxi to the nearest metro line costs around 27 yuan.

Amazing staff. They were smiling and very helpful. They cant speak fluent English, but that didnt stop them at all.. they used translator apps and still managed to communicate just fine. One of them was kind and helped me connect to the WiFi with her local phone number (SMS code required) as I did not have a local SIM. WiFi was good too. People who want to visit Disneyland resort can stay here. There is a free drop/pick-up shuttle, for that. Bus access was there. Bus# 188 (10 stops), 628 (12 stops) takes you directly to Chunasha metro station and the frequency is pretty good.
