    The hotel was in full capacity at the time I checked in. Breakfast selection was okay but the staff had to constantly refill the food. I must commend here the very accommodating and courteous staff who were doing their best under the pressure! This was true not only at Kave, where the breakfast buffet was, but during the entire stay at the hotel. A big THANK YOU to the hotel staff! You made our stay a memorable one!

    Staff at the door very friendly and service-oriented; Housekeeping service very good although towels not complete on the first two nights (first day - no face towels, second day - only one hand towel; Enjoyed variable breakfast buffet selections especially because our stay spanned four days; Felt safe with x-ray machine at the lobby to inspect bags. Liked your bathroom supplies - shampoo, bath gel and lotion fragrance was my favourite; Quick response from operator and security when I complained about the noise of some female guests in a room close to ours; Easy access to a safe place to smoke; Access to malls and another hotel where the conference we attended was held; Guidance from reception staff on where to buy fruits and stuff; Good lighting in the room and full view of seaside; Thoughtfulness of management as expressed in pastries in the room upon our arrival; Quick check-in and check-out.

    Great and superb hospitality of the staff for accomodating my parents when my father celebrated his birthday on 14th Feb, Luxe Hotel made it extra special my parents were extremely happy ❤ place is very beautiful and cozy, would definitely recommend! Many many thanks Luxe Hotel! 😊
