    Sally and Ian are brilliant host's, accommodation amazing, the breakfast, exceptional, won't have to feed my husband for at least a week, so much choice, really loved the fruit dish that was presented and the pancakes, so tasty. The whole experience was wonderful, thank you. Lovely room, very good en suite and lovely shower. Would rate at least 18 if I could. Not mushroom for anything more than amazing. 😊😊

    We received a very warm welcome with tea and biscuits, including gluten free when we arrived. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast menu was extensive. The hosts, Sally and Ian, were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed visiting Dumfries and the B&B was a good location.

    Fabulous hosts, fabulous accommodation and bedding, fabulous breakfast and all so close walking to train station. Hosts Sally and Ian were incredible and so joyful to spend time with. They even drove me down to the coast and showed me around their gorgeous town. The most wonderful stay in lovely Dumfries.

    Location was good once we had sorted out the one way system and got the map the right way up. A short walk to the town centre - 5 to 10 minutes at pensioner speed. Breakfast was flexible to fit us.. The fresh fruit was welcome and the omelette done as I like it. Snacks to access on demand showed the spirit of the service provided. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, informative. They engaged in conversation but not too much and in an interesting way.
