    Lionk and his family are discreet, honest people and amazing painters, I really liked staying with them. The room was big and the bed very comfy.

    Nice room in a traditional balinese house. Lionk and his family are really caring and kind. I was able to enjoy some authentic bali family life. They are a family of artists ( balinese painting) and among the kindest people I've ever met. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. There's a professional masseusse in the family and if you want a balinese massage you can get it in your room and stay in bed afterward. As for location: downtown with all the tourist atractions like yogacenter, museums, bars and restaurants is around a 15 minutes walk or faster if you take ojeg or have a motorbike. Nothing left to wish for.

    We really enjoyed staying here for 5 nights with Lion and his beautiful family. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. Our room was perfectly clean and we enjoyed having delicious breakfast each morning on our terrace. Lion arranged a cooking class for us with his wife and his father during our stay. We all sat and ate dinner together afterwards. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Ubud as it was such an authentic experience staying with a real Balinese family. We are already planning to come back in 2 weeks to this amazing family.

    The owners are very hospitable. Will always be ready to have a little chat and tell you about the culture, places to see, handy tips for seeing around and their painting heritage (they're a family of damn good painters). Free water is available for the entire duration of your stay. Room has good facilities and is kept clean and nice.
