    Great location, comfortable, spacious room, super comfortable bed. Great bathroom with luxury shower. Friendly, attentive staff. Delicious breakfast. Use of Virgin Gym & Spa included in stay.

    the hotel was very nice and clean and met all our expectations. the staff were excellent as we arrived late whilst it was raining and the staff helped us with our bags. I had 2 young children and this kind of service went along way. Well done guys!!!!

    Beautiful quality of bed and bedding. Lovely leafy views across the city. Pool and spa area were quiet and clean and very well provided for. The bar area down stairs served good quality food and they were very kind to my children. Room service meal was the best I’ve ever had. Very impressed!

    Did not use the food and drink, used the room service, but was told dont send wine by the glass, otherwise no issues. Cant really find any faults to be honest. Comfy bed and pillows, good view.

    Reception was ok for our check in. Receptionist very helpful . Restaurant was very good with fair prices. Nicely served by restaurant staff at mid afternoon when we arrived hungry. Breakfast next morning was excellent with a well served buffet and helpful staff willing to go out of their way to be sure everything was available. Must add that the towels in the bathroom were lovely, fluffy and plentiful.

    The bed was not as comfortable as I would have expected and I like hard pillows.But everything else was excellent.
