    Lovely hotel close to both Twickenham and Strawberry Hill station and opposite a beautiful open park. The hotel is decorated to a high standard and the rooms are comfortable with a cute coffee machine. The food is amazing, and full restaurant menu is available as part of room service which is great.

    The location of this hotel is perfect. There is a bus-stop in front of it which makes transportation much easier. If someone would like to visit Kew Gardens and Richmond Park it is in a great location. Staff were always smiling and helpful. They have one of the best sunday roast in the area which we loved it!

    Great bed. Coffee machine. Plenty of tea bags, choice of mugs and cups. Plenty of shampoo and conditioner, soap and body lotion and clean towels. Superb view over the river.
