    Everything. Nothing was too much trouble for staff who are imbued with old world values of hospitality. I was both physically and emotionally comfortable. Everyday it was a pleasure to return after a full Berlin day. A big 'thank you' to the management and to ALL the staff.

    Breakfast was excellent, in particular we loved the extremely friendly service, both to the adults and the children. The serviced apartments have a great kitchen, and are ideal for families. The pool is PERFECT for an end of day splash, and there is access to a steam room and sauna. Service at the front desk was also exceptional.

    I really enjoyed the spacious layout of the rooms, the suite of 4 rooms plus balcony featured modern renovations as well as turn of century style architecture. All the staff were friendly and courteous and gave me helpful directions. Breakfast was also excellent and staff were efficient and caring.

    We loved the size of our hotel suite with its spacious bedroom and large lounge. The kitchen was a bonus as we were able to buy our own breakfast and dine in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The situation was good as we did not want to be in the centre of the city. Bus and train connections were within a couple of minutes walk so getting around Berlin was not an issue. There was a great variety of dining options nearby within a very short walk.

    The hotel is at great location, only a short walk away from the main shopping street. Employees were nice, helpful. And rooms are big, clean. If I ever return back to Berlin this is definitely a place I would like to stay again.
