    La verdad esque es un sitio muy bueno y no encanto , no queríamos irnos. Tienen bicis gratis , la piscina esta genial para el calor que hace y la gente es muy amable.

    the host Kim was excellent, as was her assistant Kim gave very good local advice and organised a motorbike, as well as her own doctor when one of us became ill Food was well prepared and tasty with some variety. Kim was very accommodating with times for breakfast, which we really appreciated. Pool was handy...when we could get in Internet was very good

    Friendly and helpfull people, Nice swimming pool and free bikes. 10 minutes by bike to the beach, 10 minutes to old town. Perfect location with children. Nice rooms, good breakfast

    The whole apartment is so beautiful, especially the swimming pool. It is definitely a good place to mingle with other people with beers and local snacks. The owner is super nice, she helped us book tours and cars for traveling to Da Nang, at a low price! Everything was great there, can't wait to meet the owner next time.

    Rooms are a decent size. Location is quite good - easy to get to the old town and the beach. Nice balconies. Pool is quite big, only 4 loungers though. Overall it could be a nice hotel but it lacks good management and customer service is deficient.

    Everything. Loved the pool area, it was nice because we were the only guest at the moment. If full booked it would be too small. Beautiful, big and clean rooms. Hot shower and good water pressure. Very kind and helpful staff. Great location. Free bicyckles was great, easy to go to Old Town and see the area. Good price to rent a motorbike from the hotel and go to beach not far. Airport transportation was easy and not expensive. Definitely recommend 100%. We took 3 nights and extended to 7 cause this was cheap and perfect.

    The hotel is located in a quiet back street away from street noise. The beds are super comfortable and not hard as rock like beds in the other hotels in Vietnam. The staff are very friendly and eager to help with what ever you need. Free bikes are also a nice added bonus. Also some nice places to eat nearby.. I had the best vegetarian burger I have ever had in my life at Canadian/Vietnamese owned Circle Restaurant 100 metres from the hotel.

    Everything was sublime. Absolutely nothing to complain about, and can't recommend this place enough. The hosts were incredibly kind and caring, the rooms were clean and better than expected compared to what you pay, the breakfast was good and the hotel itself was just very very good. My friends and I even extended our stay because of how nice the place was.

    The bed was so comfortable and the food made by the owner at lunch time was delicious. Not just this but the owner went the extra mile to get my stolen phone back for me! Couldn’t recommend more :)

    The staffgoes over and beyond. The breakfast tasted amazing. They provide several tours and excoursions. Also free bycicles. Laundry service was super great and quick, same day. The property is super clean as well. I would gladly recommend this place, its great value for Price.
