    Nos realizaron el cheking mientras tomábamos un té, sin necesidad de estar en el mostrador y el personal súper amable.

    Fast check-in with free upgrade for bigger and nicer room, very nice! Cleanness, breakfast and nice staff. Rooms are very nice, big and comfortable, especially for families, beds are big and comfortable.

    We had a Lamai suite which was great for a family beautiful room with drinks being restocked in the fridge everyday . Lovely breakfast/restaurant . Friendly useful crossing guard to help you cross the road , near a 711 for anything you might need.

    The family room was fantastic. Great sized rooms. Breakfast was excellent quality, and a wonderful range of food.

    The resort is not looking how is show on booking.com.Even if it is mentioned that there is a road to cross for the beach, this road is busy like highway, dangerous and noisy. The swimming pool is small, the beach is small , the bar at the pool and beach close at 7! One side of the resort have rooms on top of a car agency very noisy. The bathroom has no windows and so the system air is cheap and noisy! The bath was broken.

    The staff in both the Manathai Hotel and Waterline Bar across the road were exceptional and helped us at every turn, from transits to and from the airport, ferries to the other islands, local advice on things to do, including ziplining and snorkelling tours. The facilities were also of a very high standard and i would recommend anyone considering Lamai as a destination to stay here.

    It’s clean and you have all the services available. For a family stay, it’s perfect since you can keep an eye on your tribe until the small beach from the pool .
