    It was a wonderful scottish home-made breakfast, perfect to start a long day walking across Edinburgh. Location is ok, just only 20 minutes walking from city center in a quiet zone ¡, perfect for relax

    The owner was very nice, she kept everything very clean and tidy. Gave us a good feeling for staying there but also left us to ourselves. The location is pretty good 20 min walk from the Royal Mile. It was very quiet I had an amazing sleep. The dog was sweet :)

    The room was spacious with some quirky touches... There was plenty of storage space and tea/coffee, water & even biscuits :) Joanna also provided a complimentary 'Festival breakfast' which was delicious and a lovely surprise.
