    Al ser un RYOKAN, el desayuno y la cena esta incluida... comida abundante, buena calidad. Lo mejor, tiene un onsen privado que esta bien y puedes compartir con tu pareja sin ser molestado durante 1 hora. Habitaciones y salas muy espaciosas.

    This has been one of the nicest place I’ve stayed at! Food was incredible, staff super lovely, baths are amazing (the outdoor ones are great), decor was lovely, room massive and comfy. Location is off the beaten path which makes it a calm and relaxing experience

    The private baths --- Oh they are so beautiful and tranquil. Don't miss it if you stay there. There is also a very generous open bar in the lobby where you could share in traditional japanese drinks such as sake/beer/tea at any time. The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. Good for recharging yourself.

    Top class accomodation and fantastic service, an authentic Japanese experience. Our room was spacious, clean and much bigger than I thought it would be, the on site onsen was an added bonus you could even book private bathing.

    Great ryokan. Bedrooms are traditionally well decorated. Nice infrastructure with private honsen available. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Very friendly staff.

    The location was far up the mountain that it was very quiet so you can enjoy the onsen in peace with your surroundings. The food was presented so beautifully. Refreshments were offered to be enjoyed in a seated area to enjoy the view our front. Upon leaving the staff assisted with props for a picture in front of the ryokan.

    The staff is amazing and the whole stay is a good experience. The beds are very comfortable and the food exciting. Some of the foods require real curiosity, maybe not for everyone’s taste... and it’s presented very nicely. The private bath (onsen) is nice. It would have been nice to have a view but the bath is behind a fence. Amazing shampoos, lotions etc included. You get to wear a kimono, a traditional “home gown” and other traditional items.

    Lovely view, comfortable room, excellent service. The private onsen was very hot, but you can adjust the temperature by adding cold water. There’s also a wonderful bar where you can help yourself to “free” coffee, tea, juice, and alcohol (wine, beer, sake and whiskey)—that is, it’s included as part of the price.

    Unbelievable experience from start to finish. The kaiseki service was exceptional - a meal of the highest quality. Staff were friendly, attentive but not overbearing. The room was fantastic and authentic. The games room and private onsen were the icing on the cake. A perfect romantic getaway.
