We loved the location and service from the service people and concierge. You walked in and they pressed button for the lift for you to avoid wait. The bed was very very comfortable. -

Room spacious and comfortable........the beds are amazing. However, limited seating in the room without having to sit on the bed. Some drawers for clothing would be nice and would eliminate having to ‘ live out of a suitcase’. For a 5 star hotel in a state capital, it was disappointing that the Mayflower Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday nights. Also disappointing that the Hennessy Rooftop bar was closed on the Monday Public Holiday. It is things like that that give people the impression that Adelaide is a ‘hick’ town. This said, the overall stay was pleasant and I would consider using The Mayfair again. Staff were great.
