    They respond to my request and gave a yummy birthday cake for my daughter along with cute letter saying happy birthday noor , they come to check if we need something, they supply us with sugar and coffee,&water every time

    Hotel is located in Tecom area which is mostly office bulidings.. so it was quite.. just the night club on M floor is noisy so make sure you get your room on the other side or some higher floor where you cant hear the music. Breakfast was lovely.. lots of choices. Free valet parking..

    Hotel is very comfortable and staff is extremely friendly, breakfast was excellent, choice of food great! Rooms are big and very comfortable, free of charge coffee, coffee mate, tea, water, that is highly appreciated indeed! Hotel has many restaurants with great choice of food for everyone. Nelson's night bar is very alive, atmosphere is great, we loved it! Room is very clean , free covered parking, all is excellent! We very much enjoyed our stay there!

    Great services overall. Everyone goes out of their way to assist and make sure all is good. Great experience. Will definitely return. I was met by a personnel member upon arrival which was absolutely brilliant, this first impression laid the foundation for the rest of my stay!
