    Mekenyem house is everything you need for a stay in Ubud. It's clean, fresh, quiet and excellent value for money. It's close to the monkey forest and near enough to the town centre, perfect for sightseeing. The owners are extremely pleasent and very proud of their house.

    Breakfast and location were both excellent. Breakfast was very tasty and delivered to our room promptly every morning. Location was in a quiet village with most facilities nearby. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

    Coming there for a night, passing through, I did not expect much. But, well, from the experience of the room, the cleanliness, the good air con, the spacious and very comfy bed, the quiet atmosphere, I can only say: 10 points. If I need to be in the hood again, I am sure to stay there. Price/quality, if you ask me, is great.
