The room was big enoough and clean but around hotel was not. The carpet was dirty, the lift are not nice, the chec k in took a lot of time before get the card in.

Breakfast was not available in premisis, no restaurant, they don't know the halal food in vicinity. Boring area just business offices, no people around.

The room was extremely small, Breakfast was included in cost when booked online, after confirmation it was removed.

Swanky room, big beds (my mother and I had a twin room on 7th floor), fab shower, hot drinks and water provided in room, breakfast was wide ranging if you like Chinese breakfasts, little limited if you have a European pallet but did the job! Reception tried their best despite having very little English- Gary in particular helped us with WiFi and finding a restaurant. Nice and near to Qibao (lovely water town). Staff booked us taxis for Qibao and The Bund. Would recommend Fellas Italian terrace and bar if you fancy a European meal in gorgeous setting on the Bund. Free shuttle to station too!

location, good! walkable at night during summer. but not possible with luggages. bedroom and lobby nice and clean. stylish decoration! provide mini bus drop off service to speed train station 虹桥火车站 between 7am -2pm.

The room was decent and clean. The shower was absolutely the best I have found in a room so far! The stream of water was just perfect! The hotel was quiet and conveniently close to Hongqiao railway station and areoport
