Situated along the Garden Route, Mes Amis Guest House offers elegant rooms with private entrances and direct access to Wilderness Beach. Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms and lounges.

Each of the rooms is simply decorated and has large sliding doors leading onto a furnished patio, with views of the Indian Ocean. They are equipped with an en suite bathroom, TV and minibar.

Breakfast is served daily in the lounge, decorated in a cottage-style décor. Barbecue facilities are available for dinner, or the owners can recommend one of the many restaurants within 3 km of the property.

Mes Amis offers a lounge equipped with books and board games. Guests can also enjoy the various outdoor activities available nearby such as fishing, hiking, kayaking or hang gliding.

Free private parking is available. Knyna is a 45 km drive from the guest house and Mossel Bay is 60 km away. George Airport is 20 km from Mes Amis.

    The location was superb, overlooking the sea from a height. There was a short path down to the large sandy beach which we seemed to have to ourselves. The room was bright and comfortable and had a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the owner. The breakfast was of a high quality. Even though they did not serve dinners, they had a very good summary of all the best restaurants in Wilderness which we found very useful. The town was a drive away, but some of the restaurants would pick us up for a small charge, so that was not an issue.

    Lovely position and very quiet. The room was lovely with access to outside space and a walk down to the beach. Breakfast was excellent

    Beautiful location with comfortable room. Sitting outside with a lovely view of the ocean is a bonus. The lounge is relaxing and the breakfast good.

    Our stay in Mes Amis was just amazing. It definitely exceeded our expectations.Mr.Barrie is a very nice and cheerful person. We also got a chance to meet the owners of the property who are also very pleasant couple. The entrance to the beach and the location itself were just stunning like taken out of some romantic movie from a beach house. The bed and cushions were very comfy,too. Breakfast was yummy and there was a pretty good variety of choice. I would definitely recommend stay in Mes Amis.

    One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed and we were looked after fabulously. I cannot recommend it highly enough - it is a wonderful place in a wonderful position.

    Very friendly welcome and service. Lots of nice extra touches, for example frozen meals available and a microwave to heat it up. Good info on activities and local restaurants. Well stocked minibar. Breakfast delicious and staff coped well despite everyone pitching up at the same time.

    Fabulous location. View to die for. Comfortable and furnishings good. Food very acceptable and staff efficient and friendly. Owner went the extra mile to help us enjoy our stay.
