    Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectation! Feels like a suite in a five star hotel! And Martina & Klaus are superb hosts taking care of their guests and spending time to give lots of great ideas! We will come back asap!

    Overall its a very beautiful and unique place with absolute tranquility, the room is very big abd the bathroom is huge!! The view from everywhere in this place is breathtaking. The managers are lovely couple that wished to help in everything and doing their best.

    Oh!... this house is amazing! A luxury! Spacious, modern, super comfy bed and pillows, nice bathroom, beautiful decor and unique artistic ballet photographic pictureframes. The wide glass doors led to a patio with deckchairs in front of a nice garden. Location of the guesthouse is excellent. Breakfast was super and served in the open plan kitchen/ dining /living area which is incredibly beautiful! with glass opening from end to end ..ceiling to floor overlooking the majestic Wilderness lake! ..on one side you have the swimming pool area....picturesque! We had a warm welcome by the hosts who were so nice, guiding us how to spend our short time in the area and tips to proceed through the scenic roads! Awesome! Greeting Hardie at Barrydale...and the milkshake at Diesel & Cream mmmmm (do not miss by the way :) We loved this place .... we defenitely recommend it. Thanks

    We had a really warm welcome by the hosts, friendly and helpful. Nice large and clean rooms with an amazing view over the island lake. Breakfast was perfect! Stayed initially for 3 nights and we booked an extra night as we liked it so much! Thank you Martina and Claus!

    Martina and Klaus are wonderful hosts! Martina stayed up until 10pm until we arrived even though check in and reception closes at 7pm. The room was spotless and the view breathtaking!

    Summerlane is managed by a german couple - Klaus and Martina. These two were absolutely fabulous to us. Let us stay for another night. Gave us some good tips where we should go and told us some nice stories about their trips and their experiences in South Africa. It’s definitely worth the money and a stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Martina and Klaus are great hosts with a lot of experience and love for details. Breakfast is delicious. Would definitely stay at their place again!!!!
