    VALUE MONEY AND QUIET ENVIRONMENT. NEAR BY MTR SHAM SUI PO WITHIN 500M.

    This wasn't a hotel at all, staff are young no experience, bedroom wasn't clean everyday, bedroom floor was dirty and hair everywhere , I would not recommend to anyone at all, unless no other hotel available in Hong Kong

    Great helpful reception. Nothing was a problem for them. Close to the market and many restaurants. Not too far from the station. Good value.

    The receptionist speaks english well. The place is not too far from MTR and not too expensive. It has some delicous food around Sham Sui Po.

    There are a lot of places to eat nearby. Just a few minutes walk to MTR Station.

    Location to the MTR is great. Always gave new water, towels and cleaned the rubbish. And the hotel staff were always there and very polite. Spoke good English and let me borrow an adapter for the power plug.

    Staff was well prepared, expected me with the invoice ready (as requested), even had time to crack a joke. The room was small, but well equipped, clean and well maintained. Finally, someone was NOT charging the ridiculous 500HKD deposit money (for what would be enough anyway?). Good Vietnamese restaurant just a couple of steps away. Market, metro station, airport bus stop in short walking distance.

    The romm was exactly what we expected for the price point, not 5 star but wasnt supposed to be. It was clean functional and safe, staff were friendly with adequate English. The area is super lively with markets and so close to the MTR so the whole city is open.
