    The staff were incredibly helpful , especially Shatheesh, James and Ismail - they were very welcoming and went out of their way to see to all our needs, plus the gentleman who cleaned the rooms on our floor , I did not ask his name. The hotel has chocolate hour every afternoon - THAT WAS AN UNEXPECTED TREAT !!!

    The rooftop pool with built in Jacuzzi is really nice and is also shaded from the worst of the summer heat.

    Received a free upgrade to a small studio, almost like a small apartment. A late check-out until 3 pm was granted.

    Clean rooms with kitchenette and washing machine which was excellent after a day at the Water park. Great restaurant literally around the corner from the Movenpick, ALVAND, great food!
