    Short walk to lots of restaurants, shops and the main centre of town. Alessandro was very helpful with the communication beforehand and offered advice for directions. He met us as we arrived and explained the process for the apartment. It was very clean and well presented in the spacious room with pastries for a breakfast snack.

    I chose this place due to the location - a walking distance from the place where I had my meeting. The place is quiet. Good to have a coffee machine in the room. Air conditioning and free water bottles in the refrigerator are a big plus. Walking distance to the city center. The price was not that bad, so basically you get what you pay for.

    Good location, comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, responsive host. Complimentary water bottles, coffee pods and some pastries, nice for a light breakfast.

    I didn´t meet personally mr. Alessandro, the man in charge, but I can say that our communication via whatsapp was complete and attentive. Prior to my arrival I already had all the information necessary and he responded promptly all the other doubts I expressed. The apartment was clearly renewed in a charming old building a bit out of downtown, but in walking distance. Bologna was a great surprise and my accomodation took great part in my impressions.
