    Room was just perfect and the bed so comfortable! The owners are so friendly, they got us a taxi to Da nang and made sure it was a good price. Really close to the beach, 2 minutes walk. I would go back without hesitation.

    Our host Lan was amazing! She is the bubbliest, most energetic & hospitable person I have ever met. You are automatically part of the family and you're so incredibly well looked after. This is far more than a perfect room, modern, large & clean, but an amazing local experience. Lan leaves no wish unattended and as a true foodie she knows all the best places, some off the beaten track to take you and she also prepared some wonderful delicacies for us. Nobody could not feel comfortable here!

    Excellent location- 3 mins to beach, good restaurants and beach clubs nearby. Bike hire, breakfast and laundry available. Very friendly host, the homestay felt very welcoming and it was a good base for exploring.

    Wonderful! We were expecting just a nice place close to the beach and got so much more! The care and attention we had from the friendliest host was beyond any rating scale :) We got help with any organizational things we needed, insights to the local area, a ton of recommendations for special places in Hoi An and An Bang, and this is to name just a few :) Just go there! And make sure you check out some of the recommended restaurants (the local breakfast noodle shop was so amazing!). The property is 2 minutes walk from a lovely beach, has just a few rooms, is well kept and clean, nicely decorated, with hot shower and AC. Very calm and quiet, but plenty of restaurants just a few minutes away. We had access to shared kitchen with drinking water (filter & glass bottles to minimize environmental impact), for a small fee you can use the washing machine or rent a (motor)bike to get to Hoi An center. Da Nang pickup can be organized at a good price.

    Because of the beautiful beach area nearby the “coffee and croissants” aspect is unimportant. There are some truly outstanding features for this place. One is the rooms,they truly exceed anything that I’ve ever seen for a lot of hotels never mind a home stay. Secondly the owners are so polite and helpful in an advisory way it gives the place a warm positive ambience. Thirdly the value. The value is extraordinary,I’d challenge anyone to find anything even in the same ballpark as this place,a diamond.

    Lan is amazing host! She made my stay in Hoi An unforgettable. She showed me around and she told me about best places nearby. Room was clean and comfortable! I wish I will be back some day.

    Perfect homestay. Location, setting, comfort, decoration, service, and people. Lan + Lan really made me feel welcome. Had such a nice time hanging out with them as they showed me some of Hoi An. You should stay here.

    Nan was so sweet, she really took care of me at her homestay. It was so close to the beach, very fairly priced and also very nice. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay in Hoi An book a room here if there is one available.
