    The rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom facilities are superb. Staffs are cooperative.

    The location is very close to the "Darjeeling Clock Tower" Accessible to market, taxi stand and food joints.

    Don‘t do any prepay! Have a Look at the rooms before you say yes. The rooms are very different. Bathrooms are stinking.

    Staff hospitality is great and they sincerely helped me in every request and question I asked. It's not far from Clock Tower and the market so you can find shops, food stalls, and restaurants close within walking distance. Taxi stand is also nearby and make you trip to anywhere in Darjeeling fast and effective, though pricey and need your negotiation skill a bit. It's on a small alley from Gandhi Road so privacy and serenity (especially at night) is good. Don't forget that Indians honk like there's no such thing as noise pollution!

    New Mandala is a new hotel in Darjeeling. The beds are comfortable, and the staff were professional and eager to help (even if not always seemingly able).
