    Nos recogió del aeropuerto el dueño del hotel, que es una persona encantadora, y toda nuestra estancia de 4 días fue perfecta. Totalmente recomendable este hotel para Luxor. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda, el agua caliente sale muy bien y la ducha tiene mucha presión. El wifi funciona muy bien. El restaurante es muy bueno, el desayuno completo, puedes pedir lo que te apetezca, también nos hizo una "lunch box" repleta de cosas buenas dos días que fuimos de excursión. El desayuno también te lo puedes llevar si sales muy temprano. El ambiente es estupendo, te hace sentir como en casa, puedes estar tomando un té en el agradable exterior mientras ves atardecer. Cuando nos íbamos nos regaló un obsequio de mimbre y facilitó todo lo que precisamos en nuestra estancia. El resto del personal es también muy amable. No lo dudes, alójate aquí! Justo enfrente de los colosos de Memnon y con la vista inolvidable de los globos sobre El Valle de los reyes!

    The room is so spacious and bathroom is clean. They changed the toiletries and towel everyday. The owner is so helpful for arranging the taxi to airport. He took us personally to the village and shops in particular. We bought some great authentic spices. He was so helpful to arrange the hot air balloon, but because of our tight schedule, we couldnt make it. We were only guests at that time, so we couldnt explore the facilities fully.

    Train and Plane Tickets for transport to other cities in Egypt were arranged through the hotel and hand delivered to me. Tours, Activities, Driver and Guide were arranged through hotel, and extremely convenient.

    Like the owner said we were not just clients but guests! Mister Sayed could arrange anything we needed : transportation, valuta change, bike rental, visits,... His hotel is very comfortable, clean and pleasant, the breakfast is wonderful and let you have a wunderful sightseeing without starving, and the diner is perfect. The place is very pleasant at the west of the west bank : peace, green and incredible sites within a bike distance

    Amazing and friendly staff. Mr. Sayed is the perfect host and made sure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms are very clean and serviced daily. The chef prepares delicious and fresh food as per your choice. The property is in a great location, travelling to the necropolis in the West Bank was so easy for us. The rooftop offers amazing night sky and a great view. Would surely recommend.

    This place was absolutely amazing. We loved: - the service - the food - the staff - the view - the quiet ambience - the prices - wifi worked so well Sayed made us feel we were apart of the family and we will never forget the amazing Luxor because of him. We stayed on the east side which is quieter and have to say was such a better experience than staying on the main city side. We were blessed to be able to meet with the locals and explore the villages. We will definitely be back here.

    I simply cannot say enough about Sayed and the New Memnon. This is the place to be when staying in Luxor. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable, the food is the best we had in our entire trip to Egypt. You can TRUST this gentleman and his accommodations. My husband and I travel for several months out of the year and I can tell you in all honesty that this hotel is probably the very best bargain you will find, not only in Luxor but worldwide. DO stay here. Do enjoy a lovely evening meal here. The tagine is exceptional.
