The room was very big, clean, the bed was very comfortable staff very nice -

We have stayed at 3 of the Nightcap Hotels and this is by far the absolute best. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. There were lots of rooms available and while the room was small, it was big enough that you had enough space for everything you needed. The bathroom was fantastic with a proper wall separation and a glass door between the shower and the toilet. There was also a secure entrance both from inside the restaurant and from the outside, which gave us the peace of mind. In the hallway after the first door, there is a water fountain provided so you can refill your water bottle. The room was clean and tidy and despite the noise downstairs in the gaming area and the restaurant, you could not hear a thing in the room which was a huge plus for us. There was also free parking on site and the hotel is directly opposite a Chemist Warehouse; how handy! -
