The hotel was good value for money and the staff friendly.What I found annoying was that there Where was a lot of children playing in the corridors up to late at night.They made a large amount of noise this was up to 12 pm.I asked the staff if they would ask them to stop being so loud as it made it difficult to sleep.I phone the staff 3 times all they said is that they were sorry.It was only on the third phone call and telling I wanted a refund they came and spoke to the children and there parents.Another problem was that there no safes in the rooms and there are no safe deposit boxes at reception.

Very good location, not too far from Nagoya (main area) and very close to the Ferry terminal. The property is quite new and good value for money.

Clean, modern, shiny room. The young and very professional staff may treat you to coutesy surprises. In my case an extra large room with a drinking (hot and cold) water dispenser and a low-table seating niche.
