Built in 2014, North Adelaide Boutique Stays Accommodation are located 2 km from Adelaide City Centre and within walking distance of local bars and the dining precinct. The iconic Adelaide Oval and Adelaide Festival Centre are a short stroll along O'Connell Street.

Each studio offers complimentary WiFi, cable channels and limited on-site parking. In room amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, iPad, kitchenette facilities, mini bar and ensuite bathroom.     Excellent new facilities. Roomier than a standard hotel room, perfect for those like me who don't enjoy waiting for a lift to duck outside for a minute or two and head back in. No waiting for valet, jump straight in your car and off you go. Convenient. Location was fabulous, close to restaurants and in a prominent suburb of Adelaide. Previous reviews mention flight path and noisy planes, that's true but I didn't find it annoying at all. Perfect if you prefer outer city stays away from the crowds.

    When I booked it says including breakfast but after checkout email me $18.50 for breakfast and ect. which did not explain to me that if you use those things you need to pay The lady shown me all drink and chokletes but did not tell me that it’s need to pay

    Modern, well thought out. Walking distance to Adelaide oval, zoo, Botanic Gardens, Rundle Mall. Beautiful street. Good restaurants close by on O’Connell st. Great breakfast at the Flying fig in Jeffcott st. Would stay again.

    Situated in a lovely area, excellent facilities and lots of little extras. Rooms are serviced daily, laundry, amenities room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

    Location close to many restaurants, Mor brand toiletries were lovely, full size hairdryer was great, rainfall shower and large spa beautiful, staff very helpful, lovely inclusion of a pod coffee machine also, comfy bed and pillows.

    Excellent location close to O'Connell St shops and cafes. Close to Tynte St and access to free bus... Manager (Angela) was extremely helpful with friendly advice and assistance...

    There was a problem with a bottle of wine that had been opened and something yukky was in the bottle. But the staff the next day were lovely as always and two people rang me. I always stay there so I know it was simply a human error. They offered me a bottle of wine for my next visit and I thanked them for calling and checking on me. The reception ladies are always 101% fantastic at the North Adelaide Boutique Stayz. Noting is too much trouble and I commend them on their customer service. Cathy Brittain
