    Room is clean. Location is near to Creek park and dolphinarium.. walkable distance to metro station... Balcony is nice...

    Other than not having a microwave in the room I received Excellent service, the room was very Cozy, kids enjoyed the pool, the staff were friendly but very professional & the breakfast was fantastic 5*.

    Breakfast was really amazing, especially one of their staff members called Jiwan. A gem of a person, really helpful, and always had a smile on his face. It is really close to the airport and has excellent facilities. Being a brand new hotel, the infrastructure is top-notch.

    Everything was incredible great . The bed is extremely comfortable and new ... Everything smell new and very very clean. very calm and and city noise free place and quiet in day and night. Breakfast buffe was great and the dinner was extraordinary delicious .. thanks to the chief. Special many thanks to all staff including Hamza and the 2 Egyptian guys in the reception and the chief in the restaurant and the Filipino ladys ( all waiters) as well. The roses from Thasleema was really good gesture and the happy birthday greetings was fantastic. The birthday cake was lovely. My wife liked it so much. I really loved the hotel and my wife and kids. Defently coming back for a longer stay. The jaccuzi in the room was exceptional. I recommend it for honeymooners and special occasions to celebrate their.

    I love everything about this hotel; this has been a wonderful experience, surpassed my expectations. Everything is brand new. Bed is the best I've slept in. Shower is the best I have experienced. Very calming space to relax and work in. Room is well designed. Breakfast and room service are excellent, ALL the staff I encountered have made me feel exceptionally welcome, they are friendly and approachable; I didn't want to leave! I will definitely be returning, for a longer stay. Thank you team Novotel!

    الفندق جديد ونظيف وهادئ جدا، قريب من عيادة الدكتور اللي نبيه ، الموظفين خدومين جدا جدا ،، عجبني ركن القهوه قضيت فيه وقت ممتع بهدوء واسترخاء المطعم أكله لذيذ
