    No sign outside to say it is a B&B. Comfortable bright room. Kettle, biscuits etc in the room. Welcoming owner. Breakfast table is adjacent to the kitchen. Breakfast was cooked when we came down. Nice presentation of jam, butter etc. Parking is in the lay-by in front of the house. Bus into the centre is a few streets away- 5 minute walk. Bus takes contactless payment.

    Fantastic stay, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They helped me get my bags which was great as I had my baby with me. The breakfast was great as well. Look forward to staying there again.

    David and Lynn were brilliant and very accommodating. They were friendly and very helpful and made our stay a home from home. We were made to feel so welcome. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely ensuite. The beds were extremely comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The cooked breakfast was amazing and kept us going through the day. We would thoroughly recommend staying here when you are visiting Edinburgh. A wonderful break during the fringe festival and we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to the fringe so comfortable

    Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin bereitet liebevoll ein sehr gutes Frühstück zu. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe ist ein gutes indisches Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
