    A nice little place overlooking Schladming. The rooms are cleaned every day; you could eat of the floor. The breakfast is delicious and plenty.

    Owner was great and willing to help. Rich and tasty breakfast starts at 8:00. Rooms are nice and well renovated. Bed is comfortable. We really didnt miss anything. It takes up to 10 minutes drive to Schladming.

    XC trails just cross the road. Planai station 10 minutes by car. Perfect location. Excellent breakfast and helpful landlady :)
