    I liked having secure parking, and access to one of my favourite restaurants (Mr. Bulgogi) without having to catch a taxi. Lots of other restaurants close by. Would like to have stayed another couple of nights!

    Customer service was excellent. The hotel called me the day before to ensure everything was ok and to make sure I knew about the booking and the hotel.

    No breakfast provided . That would have been beneficial as we had an early start and the adjoining café did not open until 8:30 . However dinner in the restaurant was great . The accommodation was very good staff very helpful .

    Nice clean rooms, comfortable temperature inside, didn't need to put on extra blankets or turn heater on. Great that there is a secure Carpark you can book ahead of time.

    It was a perfect location, the facilities were great, rooms clean, beds comfy and everything you would want. Made our time great and would definately recommend and stay there again. :)
