    Nice to stay at a ryokan and test onsen. Amazing view from the room. Near ropeway(but it was closed due to wind)

    Very comfortable riokan. Even sleeping on the floor was a pleasure here! Very quet. VERY good dinner and breakfast. Close to the cable car and easy to find. The toilet was very clean and the staff very friendly.

    The entire stay was superb. Food, accommodation and hospitality can be compared to a high rated hotel. Highly recommended stay for visits to Hakone.

    Really nice traditional room with loads of space Food (Breakfast and dinner included) was absolutely fantastic! Staff doesn't speak much English but are really nice and accommodating.

    Food is strongly recommended! ! Living here is very comfortable. Hotel is near the Kami-Gora station which is around 3min walk. (If you go from Gora station by cablecar, pls kindly remember to get off from the RIGHT side.) Love the friendly and lovely staffs and willing to come back again.

    The room was huge (28m²), very traditional and very comfortable. And there was a view of the mountains. (Though clouds may obscure the view.) The onsen was nice and available all the time. The meals were excellent. The style is yakiniku, so for dinner you do the grilling yourself. The dishes were extensive, varied and of high quality and the drinks (extra cost) were very reasonably priced. The service was incredible. I felt very much at home here.

    夜ご飯の時に、娘用に別で韓国海苔を注文させていただいたのですが、翌朝の朝食の海苔を娘のものだけ 前日の夜食べた韓国海苔に変えてくれていました。 気遣いも素晴らしく、気持ちよく過ごせました！ サービスも食事も温泉も質が高いです。 また行きたい！！

    호텔의 접근성이 좋았습니다. 직원들의 친절도는 최상이었습니다. 청결도는 만족하였습니다. 호텔방에 비치된 준비물은 좋았는데 면도기와 비누가 있었으면 좋았을 것 같았습니다. 덕분에 즐거운 일본 여행이었습니다. 감사합니다.

    Очень уютный отель - ощущение что ты живёшь в настоящем японском доме. Красивый номер, с прекрасным видом на горы. Завтраки и ужины приготовленные поваром отеля Кими - кулинарные шедевры! Я не пропускала ни одного завтрака и ужина. И ни разу еда не повторялась - овощи, морепродукты, мясо, десерты. Все очень изысканно - еда как искусство!
