  For a 400/night bunk bed, it was really worth the money (even more). Rest room was decent (one shared bathroom per one dorm room so you'll be given a bathroom key during your stay). There were privacy curtains (I owned the whole dorm room for 4 days so this was not an issue). Free breakfast was a plus (although it was only bread, jam, coffee-good brewed coffee). There's a nearby 7-11 also. Aircon was working well (split type for a small room so you'll get a good night sleep). Staff were really helpful and friendly. If you are on a budget, this will be a good steal! They also provide clean towel, toiletries and blankets. 5-7 mins walk going to People's Park and almost 10-15 mins walk going to Roxas Night Market.

  The location, you get what u paid for. Repair needed, for washroom, tissue would be better if avail, freshener too.
