    Very centrally located. Large room for 3, value for money. Clean Bathroom. Strong A/C. Cleaning service is superb also. Basic dental set kit refilled also, though i don't really need it because I bring my own, i love the pouch it comes in, very re-usable. Receptionists are very friendly. All staff are friendly and helpful esp. since i was travelling with my elderly parents. The property does have an in-house restaurant, not connected with the hotel apparently, but there are lots of eateries/fast food joints within walking distance. A grocery and 24-hour convenience stores are nearby also. Easy to navigate to the Roxas night market and Aldevinco where you can buy souvenirs. The church is right on the next block, and lots of the city's attractions are nearby also.

    Excellent! Room and bed are so big. And very clean and smelling fresh. So love to go back here.

    The room is so clean. Most of the staff are friendly. The location is in the heart of the city where everything is near. Public transportation is readily available along the streets nearby. Restaurants, convenience stores, churches are within walking distance from the hotel.
