    Everything! Sebastiano maintains this incredible property so beautifully. Lovely bedroom, bathroom, pool, outdoor space. Peaceful. Everyone can find their own space in which to relax. Great breakfast to set you up for the day. Restaurants close by - walk or drive. Easy drive into Siracusa to easy to find recommended parking. Nothing was a problem. Will be sending friends and hope to return.

    Lovely room, peaceful, good view, pool and breakfast. Staff were nice and helpful. Really is a car needed location, not within walking distance of restaurants or anything so be prepared.

    Overall a very pleasant stay. Location was good to visit around Syracruse. kitchenette had very new equipment. Overall was everything quite new. Bed was nice and comfortable and the room is big. We stayed for 5 nights so good to have some space. Breakfast was also very nice.

    We loved this beautiful restored villa, set in gorgeous gardens, in the countryside and on a hill looking down to the mediterranean. We chose what we think is the only sea view room, which was bright, airy and spacious with aircon, modern furnishings and a large balcony looking down to the bay and out over the villa gardens and peaceful countryside. The breakfast terrace was a perfect place for a gentle start to each day - as was the generous breakfast ( not cooked food I don’t think but an amazing choice of fresh fruits,cereals, yoghurts, breads cakes and pastries,local cheeses and salamis etc). The pool and poolside terrace area were beautiful, peaceful and relaxing as well. We and one other family were the only guests over the 2 nights we stayed there so we practically had this idyllic place to ourselves. Sebastiano and his sister were very kind hosts and looked after us.

    Location was fair enough. It is close to beaches and ortigia but overall isnt woth to stay.

    Beautiful quiet peaceful setting with a pool!! Wonderful for cooling off the heat of the day.
