    I've stayed there before although it seems like they changed the hotel name recently. Still Amazing. Spacious, very clean and the decor inside/outside is just beautiful. Their fitness center has the latest machines. There is no elevator but the staff was always willing help with my luggage. Thank you for that. Definitely stay here again.

    It is in a great location in Richmond. We loved the spacious, comfortable room, the excellent breakfast and public rooms with original decoration and artwork.

    We were allowed to check in early, we were upgraded and they gave us a free glass of bubbly because we were celebrating our anniversary. The Spa was gorgeous and the bar and restaurant very cool and contemporary.

    everything was top quality. However, my wife , as a vegetarian, couldn't believe there were no vegetarian sausages served as part of her breakfast.

    Central location for Shoos, restaurants and bars and 2 minutes from Richmond Park, perfect for park run tourism and lovely run along the Thames path

    ideal location , sherry and gin a nice surprise, lots of facilities we didn't have time to use free parking would have been nice difficult to open windows for fresh air
