    Staff were excellent. Really friendly and really accommodating when I needed a document printed off. We stayed in room 4 which was a big double room. Bed was massive and comfortable. The room was clean and contemporary. Came with tea, biscuits and cereals which are replenished each day. Location was great being a 5 min walk from Richmond station and close to the Main Street.

    The only positive thing about the Red Cow Guest House is its location. It's in Richmond, and Richmond is lovely. The Red Cow, however, is anything but lovely, I'm afraid.
