    The location and their friendly staffs. Their staff's courtesy are great! We wanted to use the pool after we checked out our room and their staff were so kind to let us use one of their vacant room's bathroom for shower.

    Location of the property was excellent. Shopping, restaurants & the beach was all close. The view of the river from our balcony was also great. Staff always eager to help out in any way

    The food! Wow - generous portions, great variety and incredibly tasty. Lunch here was amazing. The free bicycle rental was great too, as we could easily explore the surrounding areas. The hotel also offers a free shuttle into the Hoi An old town, so that's really superb too. The rooms are spacious and the staff are really incredible.

    The Hotel was Near to the river and Beach , it was a nice place for the Kids loved it , also the BF was wonderful . i recommend this hotel for kids and family as the location is good and rates are affordably

    Stuff on the reception was very friendly and helpfull, they tried to solve all the problems and to answer all the questions. The room was pretty spacious. Free shuttle to the Old City is cool and you can take a bicycle for free ;)

    The staff at the hotel was amazing. Easy and quick check-in, very informative. Mrs. Tao in the reception was always there and very helpful. We were upgraded to "River View" rooms in the more quiet area, very nice. Beds very comfy. Room clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Bike rental and shuttle bus to Hoi An center was included, good service. We decided to stay more days, no problem...

    The staff were super friendly and encouraged you to book tours and join their NYE party. The room was spacious and had good air-conditioning. The resort is only 5 mins and 5-6 dollars (AUD) in a taxi, away from the old town.
