    Friendly staff good care cpecially from the duty manager the day we arrived, the guest relation ladies really helpful, the manager of the steak house restaurant for hia attention and generosity, and for eugene from the cigar bar for the good care... thank you for making our first anniversary that special

    The staff was absolutely amazing, especially the Manager Mr Johannes, who personally greeted us on arrival and went the extra mile to make our stay and my husbands 50th birthday memorable. Best service we have ever received from a hotel. Will definitely be back!

    breakfast is good. but i know there's more they can add to in order to improve the menu. Toast and Burger serves a hot quality food.. Easy access that can fill in your empty stomach once you arrived. FISHBONE, well done for the Chef and thank you to the Filipino staff who really tried his best to accommodate us even if we missed the cut off for booking, it is really much appreciated..

    The place is really great, we love it. The staff are always accommodating, especially Dhali (she always recognize us and does her best to satisfy our requests, Thanks my Dear). We got a Complimentary fruit plate to our room. No problem with booking al a cart restaurant even on weekends. Lots of activities for kids. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. Looking forward to come back again!!!

    We loved everything about our stay! The adult pool is great if you want to be apart from the screaming kiddos. The adult pool also has its own bar but unfortunately it closes at 6pm. The room was very comfortable and clean as a whistle. We got our moneys worth from the bar. Will definitely go again.
