    The operation manager is super friendly and helpful. The room is really comfy and theres quite a number of eat outlets in the vicinity.

    This hotel is set up as a number of rooms within a large multi-pupose building (restaurants, businesses, other hotel rooms) with a main reception on the ground floor. They haven't been up and running long - a few teething problems with wifi and hot water issues, breakfast organisation etc. These were largely resolved by the friendly staff but as the rooms don't have phones, this involved multiple trips up and down the 6 floors between our room and reception - not ideal having just returned from climbing Kinabalu! The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, great location for the airport (5 mins in cab), free foot scrub included and the breakfast was good - served next door in a cafe with great coffee!

    The room actually comfort and i like it that there is a cooking facilities in the room . And the mini fridge is BONUS! I love the room with minifridge

    Not an apart hotel but a number of apartments in an apartment/shopping centre which is being developed.

    The location was superb along with the hospitality of the front desk staff. They made sure that we are comfortable even though there's some construction work happening around the building.

    staffs are friendly and nice, very helpful and provided professional info that i need. location is better than expected. just 10mins from airport. and using Grab is super convenient! Moreover, there is a shisha shop downstairs of the apartment, which closes at 3am. you gotta go and try. breakfast was next to the apartment and they serve decent breakfast with good coffee. 24/7 convenient store is right next to the entrance of the apartment. also some 24/7 restaurants operate in the same building. the district is new and still under construction, but its way better than i thought.

    Generally, it was quite clean. Bathroom was good. Fridge, TV available as well as comfortable clean bed. There was a stove available, but the pans were quite dirty. Plates and cutlery and glasses available as well.
