    Habitacion nueva, limpia y con aire acondicionado. No le faltaba un detalle. Davide fue muy atento y servicial. Siempre dispuesto y disponible a cualquier duda o necesidad que tuviéramos. Una línea de autobuses conectaba directamente con el centro y muy cerca de una parada de tren a Fuimucino.

    The place is spotless. The bed is huge big room. There is a big bathroom great shower. There is a nespresso machine and a good kitchen. The 781 bus stops outside makes getting around so easy. Big supermarket up the road from bus stop. There are many shops restaurants in the area. It is a lovely area and I felt very safe. The host is excellent. He went over and beyond for me. He is available all the time and makes his guests his priority for this reason I highly recommend him and his property.

    The apartment was clean and tidy. The bathroom is big, great shower and some toiletries are included such as liquid soap, shampoo, cotton pads... Confy beds, bright room (with air conditioning and heater). Great places to eat nearby!!

    I really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and spacious. Near by there are many shops and restsurants. It is near piazza venezia and Colosseo you can get by one bus. Very hospitable and helpful host. Good for family 2+1. Owner let me use washing machine and dryier so that a plus. In fridge will be waiting for you cold drinks.

    The owners are very friendly and helpful, Davide was always reachable by WhatsApp and tried to solve all issues immediately. During our stay there were problems with a boiler at some point and there was no hot water, and despite being away they got it fixed quite quickly to the extent that we could shower and we also got a present as a compensation. The room is quite spacious and has everything you might need, there is also a small kitchen (with a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle) which you share with guests from 2 other rooms.

    Hemos disfrutado de nuestra habitación, estaba limpia y suficientemente grande, sobre todo un baño privado era muy bonito. El dueño es muy servicial. El hotel no está situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero es fácilmente accesible en autobús número 781. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes/cafeterías no muy lejos.

    Altamente recomendable.La habitación estaba limpia/moderna/y teníamos todo lo necesario. Cercano al centro en bus. Davide es muy amable y servicial. Realmente disfrutó nuestra estadía. Fue una gran elección!
