    All staff very friendly and welcoming. Freshly baked bread and croissants brought to our room each morning for breakfast, fridge and kitchette re-stocked each day with ham, cheese and eggs etc. Restaurant serves lovely food though only open on Friday, Sat and Sun. Easy walking distance to the town of Ypres. All round had a great stay and would visit again!

    The room was very clean. The host was very nice and seemed friendly. The location of the B&B was ideal as it was only a 10 minute walk to the centre. It has aircon.

    Ideally located just outside the city of Leper. Private parking for four motorcycles. Air conditioning, this was a hot couple of days. Two rooms very clean.

    Really lovely room above beautiful restaurant. Welcome from owners could not have been nicer. Room had everything you need (except for soap of shampoo) and was very comfy and clean. Breakfast in room was great - fresh breads, cheese, ham, fresh fruits, yoghurt… and pod coffee machine was good too. Even cooked eggs from their chickens. Location great - easy car park and its a 10 minute pleasant stroll to Square. Overall highly recommended. Did not eat there as with large group however will definitely eat when we return - food and drinks looked great

    Good location for town centre and the staff (owners) were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast pack was useful (especially for making sandwiches) and the room had a small kitchenette which was well equipped
