    Desde el primer momento que llegamos nos impresionó, la atención fue increíble y el entorno indescriptible. Si lo que buscas es relajarte en medio de la naturaleza y dedicarte tiempo a ti, es tu hotel. El hotel dispone de todo tipo de servicios y la calidad de ellos es muy buena. Una experiencia mágica!

    Tiene un servicio espectacular en especial un Concierge que nos toco que se llamaba Yana , fue espectacular siempre estuvo presente para todo lo que se nos ofreciera.

    Absolutamente todo. El hotel es increíble, la habitación muy grande y perfectamente decorada. Lo mejor: el personal. El personal más amable, servicial y agradable que he visto nunca (nos dejaban notas manuscritas diarias, pequeños detalles, nos organizaron todas las actividades que quisimos, etc). No estoy hablando de actuar como una pequeña agencia de viajes sino como verdaderos secretarios personales: todo lo que pedíamos lo hacían realidad!! Especial mención a Putra, que bajaba todos los días al desayuno para confirmar el plan de cada día y empezar a prepararnos el del día siguiente...

    Wonderful place to stay. Exceptional service, incredible facilities, great food and drinks, all in a stunning location in the middle of the rainforest. The staff were super attentive and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. They booked tours and activities for us based on the things we told them we were interested in, they also remembered our preferences for food and drinks (special thanks to Putra, Amel, and Nik :) ) The other facilities were also perfect! The spa was incredible, the restaurant similarly exceptional with a great selection of cuisines meals. Overall we had an incredible stay and would definitely go back!

    The rooms, private pool, main pool, restaurant, everything ... was luxurious. The staff were exceptional. We were in love with the main pool, which was heated (quite amazing) and I also loved the gym - it was small but had everything.

    Amazing staff who would do anything for you, very kind and thoughtful. Hotel is beautiful, room was large with lovely private pool area. Thank you to the amazing people who work here for making our stay so relaxing

    The villas were amazing and the location is beautiful, it’s very secluded and tranquil so be prepared for that and is at least 25 minutes by taxi in to Ubud. The staff are super friendly and helpful but can be a tad overwhelming at times - especially if you’re not the demanding type. Breakfast was excellent and great quality.

    This place is like a small paradise. Not only is the location really special, but the people working there are just amazing! I have very rarely experienced such a welcoming staff, committed people who want to make you feel at home. The place is stunning but the people from Samsara are exceptional! Yana, De Gus and all the other beautiful human beings who made me feel at home away from home! I leave Samsara with gratitude, humbleness and want to thank you all for this wonderful time together.
