    The meals were great. Liked the Japanese meal and those who served there. The friendliness of the staff. Interestingly they welcome you back and many remembered your name.

    Some of the staff were friendly whilst others were not properly trained. GM did not care about the guests it’s a pure money making institute.

    Breakfast was good, the rest of the restaurants were below par and half were closed. Room was big and clean apart from ants all around the bar TV area. Pool area nice but constant interruptions from staff trying to sell one thing or another ruined it, the staff were all pleasant and only doing their job so this is a management decision to try and squeeze as much cash as possible from customers. When you pay $550 per night you'd think they would be happy with that! And when other guess strike up a conversation with the problems on resort you know it's not just you.

    Отношение персонала, все улыбаются. Несмотря на наш плохой английский старались все объяснить. И конечно включено все и это очень удобно много ресторанов, кофейн и пиццерий. Это реально высококлассный отель.

    Очень интересная концепция этой сети. Жилье можно выбрать на свой вкус. Номер гостиничного типа. Бунгало на берегу или среди зелени. Двухэтажные таунхаусы с террасами. Питание отличное. Особенно понравился мексиканский ресторан и кофейня парижская. Действительно All inclusive. На пляже лежаков много. Но свободный не сразу найдешь. Программа интересная. Все соответствует клубному отдыху.
