    Todo. La amabilidad del personal. La villa que era MARAVILLOSA, no le faltaba ningún detalle. Te dejan un teléfono para moverte por la isla. Tienes servicio de transfer gratuito a los lugares cercanos y de pago a los más alejados. Y por supuesto lo mejor de todo: las vistas. Como estar en el paraíso.

    The overall stay was very pleasant (we spent 6 days there). All villas (we switched 2 villas (2 bedrooms pool villas) during our stay and were able to look at another one - see the other part of my feedback for the reasons) have special well-thought design, are all open to the beautiful view and very well looked after. The staff was very attentive, always willing to help. The breakfast choices were quite rich although the concept of a-la-carte breakfast in such place is not clear to me. The availability of shuttle service by the property is very convenient but limiting free shuttle (given the property location) to Lamai or Chaweng beaches to only 3 times a day seems unjustified. There is a very nice small beach (Coral Cove beach) within 5 minutes drive from the hotel that we liked a lot.This beach is served by the hotel shuttle for free any time during a day (till 5pm).

    We travelled to 5 locations during our trip to Thailand and this was by far the best way we could have ended our holiday. Excellent check in service with a great view. The accommodation was exceptional with a view of the entire North East Coast of the Island and of Coral Cove. The private infinity pool / Jacuzzi was very well positioned. The hotel staff will take you down to the beach in a private car and pick you up when you want - takes 1 minute to get to the beach (Coral Cove) which has some of the best snorkelling we have seen - as you get in you will be surrounded by sea life immediately. Highly recommended and we will be coming back for a 4 day break in the near future. This was a far better experience than Phuket and outdid the other locations we stayed at whilst in Kho Samui.

    We had a wonderful stay here! We were lucky enough to get the room with the largest private pool and we most definitely made the most of it! The views we second to none and room was super clean, spacious and just beautiful. There were three different showers one in the main bathroom two outside, a huge jacuzzi bath (also outside) and very comfortable bed. We slept so well here. We had lunch and dinner during our stay and it was delicious. We had friends come and spend the afternoon with us and the staff were more than accommodating in this aspect as well. Wish we’d been staying for longer and if I’m ever in Koh Samui again I will definitely return!

    The villa was amazing with breathtaking views. The food was authentic and delicious.The staff were attentive and welcoming. We stayed with our 4 who didn’t want to leave.We look forward to coming back here .
