    It is hard to know where to start: * Beautiful views over ricefields. * 5 min walk to the centre of Ubud (we were in "Banana House" - I get the impression "Sartori Villas" is a collection of scattered stand-alone houses nearby to each other.) * Wonderful cooked breakfast each morning. * Friendly and helpful housestaff. * Comprehensive orientation handbook. * Visit from a high-school friend of the owners to do a short evening course in Balinese dance and makeup. Sartori Villas was _meant_ to be a bit of a splurge for the end of our vacation, but exceeded even those (high) expectations. If coming back to Ubud again (and needing 3+ bedrooms), would be doing all I could to stay here again!

    Breakfast was amazing, the house was gorgeous and kept meticulously clean. I loved the village atmosphere yet being so close to the main town. It was our second stay at Banana Villa and we brought our parents this time - there was heaps of room. We'll definitely be back.

    Located next to paddy fields with lots of wildlife so was very serene and away from the noise and hussle of town. The private pool and cooked breakfast was great too. We enjoyed the short walk into town. The villa was very comfortable and well appointed. Amazing, friendly staff who really seemed to enjoy their job.

    Breakfast was excellent and the villa situated within lovely rice fields where we could take walks or have a ride down to the center of ubud by the lovely staff. The staff was incredibly helpful and supported us whenever we were in need.

    The location was wonderful. So far from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Pizza couldn't be delivered because it was high season. Butlers rang the restaurant for us to confirm delivery not possible and then put in our order and went to collect them for us. Much appreciated.
