Stay same hotel more 10 years! This years stay 5 time. Every time liked back only same Savoy Sutes apart. hotel... Like my second home!!! Sometimes PRICE is TOO HIGH!!! Last time new receptin guy give room more early normally Check in time!!! Offered free coffe while he cheked in.

- the staff was perfect, helpful, welcoming very friendly - they received us with fruits and cake and cookies and drinks and it’s so kind - the location was nice, few minutes from all Dubai famous shopping, specially souk naif and gold souk, spaces souk - near burjuman mall, shopping center with careffour supermarket and they do delivery for free - in the room I like so much the bed it was very comfortable and big - the room is spacious and the separation between the bed room and the hall was nice. - the kitchen is good and have the necessary of supplies - the place is really clean

The Staff were excellent - nothing was any trouble, the fruit platter was a lovely gesture as a way of apologising for the above, we really appreciated it - housekeeping were excellent and the room was spotless, the whole hotel was spotless to be fair, no hygiene issues at all, very clean room and reception and pool area, I was impressed with it all, the location is great too, handy for supermarkets and metro, taxis easy to get as pass hotel every two minutes, room facilities hit and miss for internet service, 601 worked better than 408 for internet, kitchen perfect for light snacks, washing machine an absolute godsend, fridge dripped water, but was sorted instantly, no waiting around, requests dealt with immediately, if you needed anything for the room you asked and were given, no fuss or repeating your requests, couldn't fault it. Great for two people, I think we may have struggled with three, but that said, I'd happily return again.
