    The staff was great and helpful, I had issues with the bed and it was fixed straight away. The breakfast buffet was nice, and basic variety offered. The scenery from the breakfast restaurant is greatly soothing in the mornings.

    Very comfortable (and big) hotel. With all the facilities you can wish for. Sauna, swimming pool, spa, restaurants, bikes to use, scooters, parking etc. We enjoyed the city of Jyväskylä and canoeing on the lakes.

    Breakfast was good, with lots of choice for a buffet. The location was quiet and pleasant. And all the staff friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and free too.

    Very nice facilities for children, especialy the playing room. The meals for the dinnes and the staff in the restaurant were very good.

    It's good value for money. Room was little bit a disappointment (standard family). It is time machine to 80's. Owerall good beds, standard breakfast, nice little spa with several saunas.

    Everything on this hotel surprised me positively. Free parking places just front of the hotel. Open view from the room. (Some rooms might be on the other side of the building towards the parking place. Sauna department was really clever with 5 different saunas - you have try them yourself ;D . Pool area was nice, Very clean everywhere in the hotel. Food in Bistro was delicious, breakfast good. Hotel staff very friendly ! They were flexible with check out time.
