    Generally, this is a beautiful and sumptuous looking hotel (it has several pieces of "art" and photographs that are pretty horrible, though). The bar is amazing, cosy, and the bar service and drinks are great. The bar food is of high quality. I stayed in the library suite and it is pretty good looking; also, free transportation was available for me from and to the airport (but I paid nearly 1000 Euro per night so for that money I guess they can do that) and 5 km from the hotel (however, when I discussed whether I could be picked up they were making problems). One male reception person (somewhat older) was especially nice and friendly (the others not). I like the fact there was a good lit up cosmetics mirror, a rarity these days, even in luxury hotels. Food quality at breakfast is pretty good. The pool is large enough for laps. Pleasant residential surroundings.

    Quiet, elegant place to escape from the bustle of Berlin. Beautiful pool and sauna. Great breakfast. The bar can get surprisingly busy In the evenings.

    Its a palace!!!😍 traveling alone with two kids this place was just perfect! Swimmingpool and garden the kids loved. And the staff loved the kids..they were so extra nice to them that my son commented that it almost made him feel like home (he is 12!!!) The staff were super willing to help..even to guide the way to nearest playground😍 Room was big and old style boutique so marble everywhere! I felt so safe staying there with the kids I sleept straight through all the nights and I dont usually! The bed and bedding were also really good quality! Food was fantastic real fusion and also good choices of regular snacks. I can not fault this place absoulut paradise in a big city! I am already looking forward coming again!!!

    Amazing atmosphere and combination of turn of the century architecture and modern design... The staff is very friendly and the food and drinks excellent. Even though this is a very exclusive hotel, everyone is relaxed and the atmosphere is really nice. Another big plus: the bar tender know their stuff and I got an amazing Old Fashioned :)

    We absolutely loved everything. Close to the Autobahn and with a free parking space. The hotel is stylish from A-Z. We loved the original designs by Patrick Hellmann and also Karl Lagerfeld. The staff is most amazing. They entertained us, showed us the best spaces and corners for a selfie and explained alot about the hotel and its former history. We were so positively surprised also that we could dine anywhere. They just made it happen, always with a smile and for reasonable charge. Our new favorite hotel in Berlin!

    we like the area but for those coming from overseas, I am not sure the location is right. The food is decent and it is a lovely place with lots of character and charm.

    Beautiful little castle. The common parts are amazingly decorated and really nice to hang out, especially the bar.
