It was the best Lodge&Hotel that we ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly at all time. The game drives with Martin have been amazing. We can highly recommend that place on earth.

Pretty much everything was faultless (maybe just too much delicious food!) Staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble from the warmest of welcomes to a thoughtful goodie bag to say goodbye. Attention to detail second to none. Outside shower was a highlight and the bed the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Beautifully boutique and stylish interiors. Enjoyed a great massage in the spa. Really interesting and informative game drives and special mention to Thomas our ranger whose love of his job and the park shone through. A credit to the lodge. With him we saw all of the big 5 including leopard but a whole lot more beside. We were only there three nights after a long travel from Jersey and I could easily have chilled out for a few days more. And the blueberry muffins for breakfast. Out of this world! All in all a truly special and memorable first anniversary trip for us

Everything. The above points are nitpicks, and we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us amazingly, the food was of superb quality and we absolutely loved every meal. The wakeup calls were very helpful and we enjoyed getting to pre order our evening game drive drink. Shepherd Wayne, our game driver, was a top top driver, who found us good sightings and greatly increased our knowledge of animals. As we were there on honeymoon we received a complimentary romantic turndown and the staff truly made it a special, unforgettable experience. We were blown away by the incredible service we received. Thank you to all the staff for an incredible honeymoon experience.
