    It exceeded my expectations. The fact that I had to come down to identify my partner made me feel safe. The staff were so friendly. Definately will be going again and I took a video if the room and showed a few people who loved it

    Very elegant and upmarket in a very excellent location close to everything anyone will need in the city of Cape Town.

    The location is perfect. The staff is so freindly and helpful and the interior decor looks amazing. The bus for airport is a bit useless because it all goes to the airport twice a day at set times. They're not flexible on changing the times to accomodate guests.

    The hotel is brand new. Very central with walking distance to many attractions. The staff were super friendly and the actual room surpassed our expectations. Loved the additions that make this hotel "smart" - self check-in ability, chrome cast/streaming options, card reader to enable electricity in the rooms etc.

    This hotel is exceptional! The decor and everything is so awesome! Being only open for 3 days when I stayed, there were no issues at all. Kevin the front desk manager was really great too. I’d definitely be back real soon and will always recommend this hotel to anyone.
